Akwafresh Products opened for business in 1999 in Atlanta, GA. Initially a water filtration company, Akwafresh specialized in selling and installing water purification systems to homeowners. In keeping with its commitment to delivering health-oriented products to the health conscious consumer, Akwafresh launched Khemit Kozmetics in September 2000 in order to tap into the ever expanding body and skin care market.

Khemit Kozmetics is a family-owned and operated business located in Red Oak, GA. Currently, we have 31 types of body and face soaps in our line. We provide a healthy and natural alternative to the mainstream, mass-produced, soap market. Each product has been tested thoroughly before introducing it to our line. Only the finest grade of essential and fragrance oils are used. Our soaps are handmade, vegetable glycerine based, and hypo-allergenic. No animal testing, no detergents, no alcohol, or sugar solution are used in our soap making process.

As a general rule of thumb: the harder the soap, the harder it is on your skin… the softer the soap, the softer it is on your skin. Vegetable glycerin is a humectant (affinity for water) that naturally draws moisture to your skin. That's why these handmade vegetable-based soaps are made using only the highest quality ingredients for a rich feel and luxurious lather. We use the only the finest quality fragrance and essential oils as well as other pure and natural ingredients like shea butter, cucumber, black soap, coconut oil and oatmeal.
